About Me
Massage is in a state of evolution at the moment. Countries like the US, Australia and Canada have really started exploring and utilising massage and manual therapies to their best. Research is constantly looking to better our understanding of manipulation of the skin, muscles, fascia, nerves... it goes on. I am doing my upmost to keep up with the research that is emerging.
My Approach
I have a professional but relaxed approach to massage and my work. I say relaxed as I like to put my clients at ease. Some people have never experienced a massage before so l hope my friendly, relaxed approach helps overcome any fears you may have. I am passionate about massage. It is something I have instinctively done from a very young age (I remember massaging friends' shoulders in primary class...as young as 11 years old)
My Curriculum Vitae
Swedish Massage
For 13 years now I have had the pleasure of massaging adults with living and learning supported needs. Some of these clients have been with me from the start of my mobile Swedish massage business. This is a very rewarding aspect of my massage career.
With my mobile business I have worked in the office environment. Using oil free seated massage or short shoulder and neck massages as a stress buster for office staff. Desk work is having a huge impact on our bodies.

Remedial and Sport Massage
In the sporting environment I work with top football teams, national and international rugby teams, the Braehead Clan Ice hockey team and previously with Commonwealth Games Athletes and Scotland Rugby 7’s team. I have also supplied massage for participants at outdoor sporting events.
Odd places I've worked
I have also worked backstage at some amazing gigs! Some a lot louder and “heavier” than others, the only person in the building with ear plugs in.
My CV is very eclectic from working with Rangers Football Team, Warriors Rugby Club, Commonwealth Games, Braehead Clan Ice Hockey... all the way to backstage at Beyonce, (twice) Phil Collins and some heavy metal bands for good musical measure! Most recently I have had the pleasure of working with Motor Neurone Disease Scotland. I take pride in giving my clients the best I can, adjusting my style, pressure and techniques to fit your needs.
